Matt has over 20 years of experience leading engineering, cybersecurity, and IT programs and businesses for multiple customers across the intelligence community. He holds an MS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from George Washington University and an MBA from Colorado State. He is a licensed Professional Engineer, Certified System Engineering Professional, and Program Management Professional.

A United States Navy veteran, Mr. Duley received a BA in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs from Miami University. He has over 26 years of post-military experience supporting the US Government and the Intelligence Community. His diverse skillset includes database development, Systems Engineering and Administration, IV&V testing, and advanced data analytics. Mr. Duley is a master data transfer specialist and is responsible for operations and systems monitoring. He also represents the client by serving on the Data Management Council of an external interface partner.
